Whether you're looking for athletic training, pilates, a quiet yoga session or health coaching at BFitBU it all comes together. Each visit feels like getting a transfusion - increased heart rate & fresh oxygenated blood giving you a "high" on the inside & out - while building self-awareness, and ability to stay "present" for the rest of the day.  Since all beings are genetically different, BFitBU believes "variety is the spice of life". Having studied under different instructors, programs and institutions, at BFitBU each session is tailored towards your unique body and your goals. 

My Approach:  

My main goal has always been to spread enthusiasm for a healthy, active lifestyle and make it accessible & affordable for everyone. Exercise can become part of your “downtime” versus another “thing” that you have to do. Prior to being a mom, I was a Director of a financial company on Wall Street, so I understand the stresses my clients face today. Through my education and training it is my desire to reach out to as many people as possible with the good word of "fitness", and to provide clients with innovative, fun ideas to further reach their own goals. Ever since in college, running has been my other means of de-stressing. To take this further I started participating in 1/2 marathons & then started training for my first NYC marathon (Nov 2012). My long-distance runs taught me how one can make "the mind control the body" by building the core strength from the inside out. Being a mom of twins, I understand the obstacles we face when it comes to our own health & routine, hence I make myself available to pre/post natal clients to provide the extra motivation that moms often need to stay on track.  
To complete this circle I became a a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach (AADP) from the world-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. As I continued on this journey, I also studied the Juice Therapy Course, showing you how to incorporate chlorophyll rich raw foods/vegetables to our diets through juicing, for our bodies to absorb the live enzymes from these sources at cellular level. I am excited to help my clients as they get on-board this wellness path to see that the way we relate to food is how we relate to life.  

Simply put, wellness is about dissolving all boundaries, and bridging the mind and the body, to set your mind to BFit and BU! Condition your body. Cleanse your soul!
